Nationwide deliveries are achieved using a national pallet delivery company. Your turf will be palletised and the trucks usually operate a tail lift delivery system. Large orders of 500 square metres or over can request a quote to include forklift off load by calling 0800 0852027.

As with most palletised goods turf is delivered as a kerbside drop.

Turf is cut to order the day before delivery. If the weather is warm we strongly recommend that the turf is ordered to arrive on the day it will be laid. If possible provide shade for the turf. Do not water the turf whilst it is rolled up, this will only accelerate decomposition.

If the turf has yellowed slightly this is a natural occurrence and the turf will green up again once laid and watered.

Please ensure that the turf is watered as it is going down (larger areas) or as soon as it is laid. Make sure the water permeates through to the soil beneath.

Keep the turf watered daily until it is established.

Standard delivery can be anytime between 8am and 5.30pm, it is not possible for us to provide any E.T.A's.
