COVID-19 UPDATE

We find ourselves in unprecedented times of uncertainty with our country facing simultaneous health, social and economic challenges with the rapidly evolving situation regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19).

As a business, our priority above all, is to keep our people and customers safe. We are following the expert advice of the Government, Public Health England and World Health Organisation to make the necessary changes to our business to ensure everyone stays as healthy as possible.

Nearly all office staff are working remotely from home but the important work that can only be completed at our farms means that some staff are travelling to work as normal but we have adopted strict hygiene and social distancing protocols to protect both them and our customers safety.      

Our carefully selected delivery partners have introduced “no contact” delivery procedures in order to protect their drivers and our customers as much as possible.

 

We are currently able to operate a normal delivery service.  Should that change we will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible and keep customers informed. In the event that we are unable to deliver, our standard terms and conditions will apply and you will be given the option of putting the order on hold until a revised delivery date can be agreed or to receive a full refund.
