Delivered in great condition and seems to be bedding in well. A good mix of grasses and other species to make an interesting lawn that the bees are already investigating. very pleased. Jeremy Taylor
Ordered this at the end of February but waited several months to give a proper review. This stuff is great. It takes a little while for the flowers to come up but now we've got a proper cottage garden. We have hundreds of bees coming into the garden and we've even got mining bees. Pity we don't know what all these flowers are called..... Shaun Trendel
Bought 3m of this for a green roof on a garden storage unit. 2 weeks after laying it's thriving with plenty of flowers. Tim Hughes
Waited a while before reviewing as wanted to see what emerged. Its a good mix of different wild flowers and looks very attractive. The turfs are heavy as they are thick and quite large compared to normal turf. Bob Cowdery
only 3 weeks after laying the turf it is a mass of flowers about 12 inches high. very good quality product Dorothy Lamont
The speedy way to create a wildlife-friendly patch in your garden. Each variety of Meadowmat Wildflower Turf is a colourful mix of flowering plants and grasses. They all grow strongly on our proven matting system. Wild flowers can be notoriously difficult to establish in a garden – but not if you use our Meadowmat Wildflower Turf.
All you have to do is choose which type of Meadowmat you think will work the best for you and your garden. Then order online. When your Meadowmat arrives, place each slab carefully (two slabs make up 1 square metre) and lay it onto prepared ground. Then, keep it watered until the roots settle.
Each piece of Meadowmat is nurtured from seed to dispatch by a small team working at our farm in Norfolk. It’s important to us that our different types of Meadowmat are as natural as possible. It’s grown out of doors and wherever possible we choose UK sourced seeds. We avoid using pesticides during the growing process and instead, we welcome a host of insects and mammals to enjoy the plants as they develop.
