    We have put together some FAQs that cover some of the questions we get asked most often under some simple headings:

     

    If your selected delivery slot has passed and you have yet to receive your order, please contact us
    We accept PayPal and most major card providers.
    Pretty quick, but you can select your own delivery slots to suit you during the checkout process!
    If there is a problem with any item we need to know on day of delivery. We request that you send us photographic evidence of the items that are damaged to our contact us email, which will be investigated and a response will be given once we assess the problem.
    We have multiple offices and locations, check out the contact page to see them!

    Find a Collection Point

    You can collect your turf if you are close to one of our collection points. We harvest our turf and deliver to your collection point within the shortest possible time. This guarantees that your order is as fresh as possible. We would strongly recommend that if you are collecting a turf order, the area for installation is completely prepared prior to pick up. This way, your new turf will spend the least amount of time wrapped up and stored, which means healthier turf.
