What to do if your delivery is late – We are proud that most of our deliveries arrive on time. Sometimes, circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, road accidents, vehicle breakdowns) can delay delivery.

- Anytime Nominated – Delivery will be made between 8am and 8pm on the day selected
- 8am – 2pm – Delivery will be made between 8am and 2pm on the day selected
- 8am – 11am – Delivery will be made between 8am and 11am on the day selected
