What to do if your delivery is late – We are proud that most of our deliveries arrive on time. Sometimes, circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, road accidents, vehicle breakdowns) can delay delivery.

We offer several different delivery options for our living products to ensure you have enough time to complete your project.
- Anytime Nominated – Delivery will be made between 8am and 8pm on the day selected
- 8am – 2pm – Delivery will be made between 8am and 2pm on the day selected
- 8am – 11am – Delivery will be made between 8am and 11am on the day selected
