Do I need to be at home – No, we can make arrangements to leave your goods in a safe place. However for perishable goods, if you are not in and there is nowhere safe to leave your goods you will still be charged in full.
In most cases where we can deliver to your tarmac or solid drive, we can leave the goods without a signature. This will be at your own risk.

It is preferable that you are in to receive and sign for your goods because of the perishability of our living products.
